Exams

This is my last week in firms before exams next Monday. Well, literally, I haven't been in The Homerton at all this week, just lazying around at home in the hope of studying something useful for the big day. Its a surgical firm anyway, and there are 8 students, but only 2 allowed at a time in the Theatres, so we take turns (or in other words, we skive the days that we're not chosen for theatre yayyyyyy). But I've somewhat lost my momentum of revising and it's worrying me so much. Zzzzzzz.

Anyhoo, I've bought tickets for Malaysia already! Yay! Cost me a whooping 638 pounds, apparently my departure and arrival dates are in the peak of summer so 500 pound tickets are non-existant. MAS charged a great deal more (1000++ pounds) which is @£$@!%&%*@$£!
Despite that, I'm actually broke.. No more eating out, thanks. I looked up the London Olympics tickets which went on sale yesterday and the immediate vision of my suffering bank account came into mind, so.. I'll have to put that on hold for a while and might end up frustrated that all the tickets are gone once I can afford them. *sigh!*

Also, yesterday Sapphire Studios gave me a call saying:

"Hey, is this Atiyyah? You're the lucky chosen one to be photographed at our studio blah blah blahhh. You're voucher entitles you to blah blah blahhh".

Pfffft! I immediately made a distressed voice saying I was late and needed to go out and meet someone. The caller sounded annoyed and asked me to take care and hung up. LOL. I wasn't even going out anywhere. I was right there in my room, on my bed with my pyjamas, house slippers and bathrobe on hihi. They called another 3 times which I answered and left the phone by my side so the caller can speak to my hand. Hehe, naughty me. Thing is, my housemate Iman went for this photoshoot thingie last Sunday at Sapphire studios and was ripped off her wallet. Basically, Iman's friend signed up for this photoshoot which included a complimentary make up and hairdo session, free drinks and well, the photoshoot itself. They weren't entitled to buy the photos or anything, but there was a catch (theres always a catch, no?). A 100 pounds deposit was needed to 'secure' their photoshoot.

?????

Haha, so they went to the photoshoot, hair and make up, snapped the 80 photos and wanted their deposits back. But like I said, the photos turned out quite okay and they were 50-50 whether to buy them or not. Thing is, the photos start at 46 pounds each which is RIDICULOUSLY priced. (And they didn't mention the price when they call you). And of course the managing people were adamant to make you pay for the photos and not get your deposit back. Siap bagi offer itu, ini. Macam2!

They also asked for names and numbers of other friends who might be interested. And my friend put a whole bunch of people's names down. So thats why I was called. But yeah, I was smart enough to ignore the 'offer' and make a fool out of them. Too bad Sapphire Studios, better luck next time. I'm broke anyway. Haha.

Therefore, being broke and bored, I decided to do this:

A super-effective way of cheering yourself up which requires no money.
